Discovery Center

All aboard!

Poppie and Sam doing a little work in the auto shop

Dusting and watching baby... what a supermom!

My Heisman pose

Andy gives the Discovery Center the "The Tuck Two Thumbs Up"

The Discovery Center in Rockford is the best Children's Museum I have ever been visited. Andy, Sam, Lily, and I had so much fun! The kids asked to go two days in a row. Personally, I could have gone back a third time, but we had other things to do. I love the Discovery Center; you will too next time you are in Rockford ;)

Our trip to Madison (specifically the zoo)

Nothin' like wrasslin' with yer cousins!

Caroline's Baby Shower

My friend Caroline and her husband Steven are expecting a baby next month. They are going to be great parents! Mrs. Georgia organized a beautiful party (she always does). She hired a wonderful chef who made and taught us to make delicious food with ingredients that are both inexpensive and easy to find. The food was awesome. We had a lot of fun.

Aww... the sound you have to make when a gift is opened at a baby shower

Mama Caroline and her friends

The spread! Beautiful, right? The chef bought all the ingredients at Wal Mart!

Caroline and Mrs. Georgia with Steven's mother, grandmother, and sister. They came all the way from Arkansas!

The surprise guests- Jess, whose husband brought her from home (3 hours away), and her gorgeous six day old son, Monroe

Things you can't unsee

Please, please, someone tell me this isn't true. Pleeeease. Someone, anyone. This isn't happening. This is photoshopped, right? Right? Oh Lord, surely this is photoshopped.
I.... I..... I.... don't know what else to say.

Mr. Bubble Man

I took the kids to Fernbank on Saturday and we saw Mr. Bubble Man outside. Lily helped him blow some awesome bubbles. The kids loved him.
He was actually the best part of the day, thanks to the behavior of a certain four year old who shall remain unnamed. I was that mom with that kid making a huge scene, you know, the kid everyone is thanking the Lord that he doesn't belong to them.
*Sigh* It was a long and interesting (read: shitty) day.
